 customer should always get what they want. So if you are not satisfied with anything 
 you order; simply return it to us within 28 days using our FREE RETURNS SERVICE - and 
 we'll refund or replace as necessary.

 John Lewis usual delivery charges are shown below, 
 but we're currently offering free standard delivery 
 on all orders for a limited period.
 The despatch time for a product can be found on each 
 individual product page. We deliver Monday to Friday, 
 between 9am and 6pm.
 Products may be sent out from multiple locations and 
 therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur 
 additional delivery charges as a result.
 If you order specialist delivery items with both 5 
 and 14 day quoted despatch times, your order will be 
 consolidated and those products will arrive together 
 within 14 days
 If you have ordered items that show delivery within 
 14 days or more, you'll be telephoned to discuss 
 delivery (This will be shown in checkout.).
 If next working day or named day delivery is available 
 for your order, you'll be offered these options at 
 checkout.
 If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, 
 please complete a separate order for each address. 
 Separate delivery charges will apply to each address, 
 except for Flowers delivery which is included in the 
 price, or if the value of an order is over £100.
 John Lewis cannot guarantee delivery within our usual 
 timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. 
 Because we only want to deliver the freshest flowers, 
 we’re sorry that delivery exclusions apply to the 
 Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas.
