 The story so far... 
 "Martin came up with the idea for Needapresent.com in 1999 when he had a little 
 more time on his hands than usual - thanks to a broken arm! 
 Needapresent.com were both sick and tired of rushing around the shops whenever 
 we needed a present for someone. What we wanted was an easy to use website - full 
 of stylish gifts, at reasonable prices - which would take the hassle out of gift 
 buying. 
 So we scoured hundreds of stores in London, Paris and New York… looking for unique, 
 funky products. We went to trade fairs, read countless newspapers, magazines and 
 catalogues - until we had a range of gifts that we would be proud to give ourselves. 
 Needapresent.com went online in April 2000. Since then the site has gone from 
 strength to strength and we now have thousands of satisfied customers across the 
 globe. We hope you will be one of them."
