 As many items are ordered direct from the 
 manufacturer, availability cannot be guaranteed. 
 In this instance you will be contacted with the 
 chance to order a similar item or accept a full 
 refund.
  Delivery
 Top Appliance will contact you to arrange delivery. 
 All products must be inspected at the time of 
 delivery to check for damages. We must be notified 
 immediately if there are any faults / damage to the 
 goods.
 Upon receipt of goods, immediately check the model 
 codes on the boxes of the items against your receipt. 
 If the product has the wrong code - IT MUST NOT BE 
 OPENED! We cannot re-sell the product if it appears 
 second hand, so a re-packing charge has to be applied 
 if you sign for the wrong goods then open them.
