 For goods ordered with a value of under £ 50 we only charge a £ 3,95 
 share of postage and packaging per order. Partial deliveries are shipped 
 carriage free.
 At Westfalia Mail Order, you buy on a trial basis. That means, the sales contract 
 only takes effect at the end of one month following receipt of the goods. You can 
 test the items delivered for a full month. Any products you are not happy with can 
 be exchanged or returned at any time without stating a reason. If you wish to 
 return a particular product, simply return it in its original packaging and without

 Statutory rights: 
 Under the statutory right of return, you can also return the goods received 
 without stating a reason within a period of a further 2 weeks from the date the 
 contract (purchase on a trial basis) takes effect. The time-limit starts earliest 
 on validity of the contract. 
 In the case of goods which can not be shipped by parcel post or bulky items, you 
 can request a return of the goods by phone, letter, fax or email. Exceptions: 
 Special productions based on personal information as well as cassettes, CDs, DVDs, 
 video films and computer software, where the seal has been broken, are excluded 
 from the right of return. Returns are at the risk of Westfalia. For orders with a 
 value of under £ 50, the customer meets the cost of returns, unless the goods 
 delivered don't match the goods ordered.
